We welcome you to join us this Sunday morning at 10:oo AM for our weekly church service. Being a new visitor to our church, here are some questions you probably have that you may want to have answered before you come:
1. What should I wear?
There is not a dress code for Peoples church. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing you can wear.
2. How long will the service last?
The service starts at 10:00 AM and ends approximately at 11:30 AM
3. What will the church service be like?
Our service includes a mix of traditional and contemporary music, announcements, prayer, and a message. Almost every week there is someone with special music. The atmosphere is; loving, relaxing and welcoming.
We enjoy being together as a church family and love to recognize special events within the family such as birthdays and anniversaries.
The focus of our service is the Word of God and our aim is to present it in a way that is easily understood and applied to our lives.
4. What about my kids – do they come into the service with me or is there something going on for them?
There are programs going on for your children. There is a nursery for the newborns to age 2yrs and beginner’s church for ages 3-5. There is an exciting program going on for ages 5-12 down stairs with Pastor Bruce Steeves. When you arrive at church you can bring them right to their classes or they are welcome to stay in the service with you.
5. Will I have to say anything, sign anything, give anything, or be singled out in any way?
At People’s church we will not embarrass you or make you say anything. You do not have to give anything and will not be pressured to give anything. You will be invited to sign our guest book in the foyer and if your children attend our programs we do ask that you sign them in for security purposes.
